Meetings

Our meetings are held at The Dasom Community Church, 501 S. Emerson Street, Mount Prospect , Illinois, on the third Wednesday of every month from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. These sessions include current news in the model ship building community, kit reviews, technical and historical presentations, and a “Ships on Deck” period where members discuss their current projects, and any difficulties they may be encountering.

Guests are always welcome at our meetings. So, if you are interested in model ship building, and want to learn more about the hobby, or just want to be around other individuals who appreciate the beauty of ships, please join us at our next get-together.

December Pizza Bash and Flea Market

The December face to face meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 17th at 7:00 PM. It doesn’t get any better than our December Pizza Bash gathering. We will also feature another flea market, which will showcase books you have not seen yet, and a substantial selection of model ship kits. Proceedings will begin at 7:00 PM, but you will be able to enter the building as early as 6:30 PM.
