Meetings

Our meetings are held at The Dasom Community Church, 501 S. Emerson Street, Mount Prospect , Illinois, on the third Wednesday of every month from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. These sessions include current news in the model ship building community, kit reviews, technical and historical presentations, and a “Ships on Deck” period where members discuss their current projects, and any difficulties they may be encountering.

Guests are always welcome at our meetings. So, if you are interested in model ship building, and want to learn more about the hobby, or just want to be around other individuals who appreciate the beauty of ships, please join us at our next get-together.

Tri-Club Flea Market Part V

The October face to face Midwest Model Shipwright meeting will feature the next phase of our 2025 Tri-Club flea market, compliments of Coleman Seskind. This flea market will feature a considerable number of books, kits, tools, and plans.

Proceedings will begin at 7:00 PM, but you will be able to enter the building as early as 6:30 PM.
